Internet Explorer loading issues (gray bars)

If you see gray bars when you access TCPT or CLC2S on Internet Explorer, please try the following. 

 

 

Instructions

How to resolve issue:

  1. Click:  Tools = Compatibility View Settings

  2. Remove USMC.mil from the white box.  Un-check the "Display intranet sites..." box.  Click: Close.

  3. Close Internet Explorer and re-open the browser.  TCPT or CLC2S should load normally
