Transportation Capacity Planning Tool (TCPT) is a web accessible Command and Control (C2) tool that aids the Logistics Commander with the planning, tracking, management, and dispatching of Motor Transport and Material Handling Equipment (MHE). TCPT quickly identify, improve, and optimize the effectiveness of on-going missions that includes the conflict-resolution of possible choke-points and streamlining of assets to maximize transportation support.
