Problem

Attempting to login to TCPT results in an Unsupported Browser error displayed.

Solution

To address this issue, please follow the steps shown below.

Open Tools --> Compatibility View Settings. Ensure that the USMC.mil website domain is NOT listed under Websites you've added to Compatibility View.

Also, ensure that "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" and "Display all websites in Compatibility View" are unchecked.  Then click close and page should automatically reload.
