This workaround is for when users receive “Can’t reach this page” or a proxy issues when trying to access TCPT or CLC2S.

Instructions

Work around:

Step 1: Type “Internet Options” in the bottom left search on your desktop.

Step 2: Open internet options.

Step 3: Click on Connections

Step 4: Click on LAN settings

 

Step 5: Check Use a proxy server for your LAN >  Advanced > HTTP: mcenproxy 8080 >Secure mcenproxy 8443.

Alternate work around:

On desktop DOUBLECLICK PROXY OFF > DOUBLE CLICK PROXY ON.
