How to Install Firefox on MCEN Computers
This article is to help MCEN user download Firefox onto their computers when TCPT or CLC2S fails to load on a different browser.
Instructions
1. Click on the Magnifying Glass icon in the lower left.
2. Type "Soft". Click: Software Center
3. Click: Mozilla Firefox
4. Click: Install. Wait for the installation to finish.
5. Click on the Magnifying Glass icon again. Type "Fire". Click: Firefox.
6. After Firefox opens, click on the three horizontal bars in the upper right.
7. Click: Options
8. Click: Privacy and Security
9. Scroll to the bottom. Click: Security Devices
10. Click: NSS Internal... => Load => Browse
11. Click: This PC => Windows (C:) => Program Files
12. Navigate to: Program Files => HID Global => ActivClient
13. Scroll to the bottom. Click the file "acpkcs211.dll" Click: Open
14. Click: OK, and OK
15. Close Firefox. Re-open, and attempt to access TCPT or CLC2S.
