TCPT: View Application Window loop

If TCPT is only displaying the “View Application Window” screen when attempting to access the site, please try the following solutions on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Error: 

TCPT continues to display the “View Application Window” screen in a loop.

  1. Start by clearing internet files and browsing history within your internet options.

    1. Type internet options in the search at the bottom left.

    2. under general tab in the browsing history section click "delete”

    3. have "temporary internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data" checked

    4. Click Delete again

    5. Go to the Content tab

    6. clear SSL state

    7. apply and ok

  2. Chrome

    1. Click on the three dots in the upper right and go to History.

    2. Click: Clear browsing data

    3. Click: Clear data.

    4. Open a new window and attempt to access TCPT

  3. Firefox

    1. Click on the three horizontal bars in the upper right, then click "History."

    2. Click: Clear recent history

    3. Select “Today,” check all the boxes, and click “OK.”

    4. Open a new window and attempt to access TCPT

  4. Microsoft Edge

    1. Click the “Settings and more (Alt+F)” at the top right of the screen, then click Settings.

    2. Then click settings. Once the setting page has populated, click “Privacy, Search, and services” then click “Choose what to clear” in the Clear Browsing data section.

    3. In the Clear browsing data page, ensure the time range is set to “All Time” and that “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” are checked. Finally click Clear now.

    4. Once cleared, close browser and reattempt to login.
