TCPT: How to manage Driver Citations

Creating a Driver Citation

A Driver Citation should be created in TCPT within 10 days of the unit receiving the citation letter.

  1. Click: Transportation => Safety => Create Citation

  2. Complete the Citation Entry Form.

  3. The citation has been created. Files can now be added.

  4. Attach files (if required).

    1. Enter the file caption.

    2. Browse and select the file.

    3. Click "Add File."

  5. The file has been added to the driver citation.

Driver Citation Manager

  1. Click: Transportation => Safety => Citation Manager

  2. Driver Citations for the unit are displayed.

  3. When a driver with a citation is assigned to a load, a warning message is displayed.

    1. The warning message states: "Warning: Driver as At-Fault Mishap Report(s) and Traffic Citation(s) on file."

    2. Dispatchers must check with their unit leadership to determine if a driver with citations should execute a mission.
