Are Drivers being properly dispatched on the “Master Log?” (YES / NO)
Inspection Notes:
· Check multiple days in the master log to see if the drivers names have an “*” next to them.
Example: PFC DORMINY, RICHARD*
· The * indicates the dispatcher picked “Other” and wrote in the driver’s name. The driver may not have a profile in TCPT or he might not be under the correct unit. Either way, the driver did not get mileage credit for this run. This is fine if it’s a one-time occurrence, but if it happens on a regular basis it is a problem. All drivers should have profiles in TCPT.
