Click the “Settings and more (Alt+F)” at the top right of the screen, then click Settings.
Then click settings. Once the setting page has populated, click “Privacy, Search, and services” then click “Choose what to clear” in the Clear Browsing data section.
In the Clear browsing data page, ensure the time range is set to “All Time” and that “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” are checked. Finally click Clear now.
Once cleared, close browser and reattempt to login.
